Rural poor
Poor people living in villages are called rural poor. Poor in rural area have no or little lands. They either work as landless labourer’s or as tenant cultivators. They also do lot of non-agricultural jobs in villages like roaring sheep or livestock. Rural poor include the landless agricultural labourers who get work only for a few days a year, the unemployed people, socially and economically marginalised segments, the illiterate and unhealthy people etc.
